Mr. Jack U. Lewis age 86 of Forrest City, Arkansas died at his home on Monday, May 11, 2015.

Mr. Lewis was born August 15, 1928 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was the son of Talmadge Kertley Lewis and Ethel Ulen Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a farmer and served in the United States Army and Marines. He was a member of the Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Lewis married Laura J. Fielder in 1957 and she survives him along with a daughter Lisa Osier and husband Norris of Wynne; two sons Jack Lewis Jr. and wife Terri Jo of Hot Springs and Allen Lewis of Hot Springs; two sisters Jane Hawkins of Naples, Florida and Luella Dickey of Macon, Georgia and a very special sister-in-law Linda Norman and husband James of Forrest City. One grandchild also survives him, Will Crews. Two grandchildren, Jennifer and Ashley Lewis and a brother Billy B. Lewis preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church with burial to follow at Forrest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be form 1 to 2 before the service at the church. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Graham Memorial Presbyterian Church, 402 Dillard, Forrest City, Ar 72335.
