Mrs. Lynch is survived by one son, J. DePeyster Lynch and three daughters, the Misses Abigail Louise A., Anne M. and Gertrude C., all of Utica. She leaves also two sisters, Mrs. George R. Alley of New York and Mrs. Thomas H. O'Hare of Rochester and the following nieces and nephews in Utica; Mrs. Horatio Seymour, Mrs. Charles A. Doolittle, Mrs. Walter H. Morton, Sister Mary Johnson and Montgomery H. Johnson.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Sarah Leah Lynch Booth on February 15, 1882 in Florida.
