Lyle Alva Graham, 71, died June 17, 1997 in Salt Lake City.

Born February 3, 1926 in Salt Lake City to Alva Floyd and Myrtle Alice Tripp Graham.

Married Gladys Hansen on July 25, 1944; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Lyle served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

He worked as a tile setter and served in many positions in the LDS Church, fulfilling each calling diligently.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Most of all, Lyle loved his family and was tall of spirit.

Survived by wife, Gladys Graham; daughters, Ellen (Pete) Stalliviere, Bonnie (Dean) Hill, LeIla (Lynn) Leamaster, and Sherry (Scott) Cardwell; thirteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and brother, Eldon Graham. Preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 20, 1997 at 11:00 a.m. in the Midvale Eleventh Ward Chapel, 97 West 7500 South. Friends may call at Goff Mortuary, 8090 South State Street (100 East), on Thursday, June 19, 1997 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the services at the church on Friday.
Burial: Elysian Gardens.
