Larry Breeding was an actor, both on regional and NYC stages, commercials, and on television. His career was jump-started by a move to New York City in the early 1970s, where he quickly developed a group of friends among the photographers, journalists, and actors who had come to NYC seeking success in The Big Apple. Larry's NYC work included the Broadway play "Jumpers" and a very successful nationally-run commercial for Chevrolet automobiles.

From success garnered in NYC, Larry decided to move to Los Angeles around 1980, where he was finding a lot of work and gaining commercial success. His TV credits include numerous guest spots along with recurring parts in Who's Watching The Kids (1978-79), The Last Resort (1979-80), and The Love Boat (1980-81). He appeared in three episodes on the comedy "Laverne and Shirley" and was slated to co-star in the TV show "It's Not Easy" with Gerald McRaney.

Sadly, he died in a car accident in California, on or near the date of his 36th birthday. The cause of the accident was not determined.

There are some inconsistencies in information available from various sources. Larry may have been born in either Jacksonville or Winchester, IL. His death date is attributed in different sources as either September 27th or October 1st. Larry's parents are both buried in Winchester, IL, but Larry was buried in CA, where his dreams had taken him.
