Mr. CAVETT married Annie Ruth EDSON in Mo, in 1883. Born to this union were 8 children. They moved from MO to OK in 1892 to homestead and later on to OKC and, then, Stillwater, OK.

Left to mourn his passing were his brother, James, Watonga, Ok; sisters, Mary and Louisa, Carlton, Ok; 6 children, Mrs. Bertha TAYLOR; Mrs. Ethel HARDESTY; Mrs. Alice McINTIRE, Stillwater; Mrs. Marjorie KUGAL, Lamont; Dr. E. R. CAVETT, Loyal; John R. CAVETT, Bethany,OK, and 13 grandchildren.
