Rev. John B. Adell, aged 85 years, died Tuesday at the home of his son at Nortonville.
Mr. Adell was the father of John A. Adell of 1727 Bolles avenue, and formerly lived on a farm eight miles north of Topeka.
The body was brought to Topeka on the Santa Fe this morning. The body was buried in Topeka cemetery and the Masons of Nortonville were in charge.
He was one of the early settlers of Shawnee county.
