AMLOTTE, Aldine Marilene - Age 79, of Flint, died Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Saturday, March 1, 2003 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Lawrence Gill officiating. Interment will be held at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Thursday and 1-5 and 7-9 PM Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Swartz Creek Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Amlotte was born February 17, 1924 in Flint, the daughter of William and Pearl (Edwards) Chapman. She married Ivan E. Amlotte on March 24, 1962. Mrs. Amlotte was a bus driver for Swartz Creek Public Schools for 20 years and was a member of Swartz Creek Church of the Nazarene. Mrs. Amlotte loved to sing, she loved her family and she especially adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are: husband, Ivan E. Amlotte of Flint; two daughters, Patricia K. Schneider and husband Terry of Swartz Creek, LaWanda Phillips and husband Jimmy of CA; four grandchildren, Timothy Schneider and wife, Tamara of Swartz Creek, Troy Schneider and wife Jenifer of FL, Jared Phillips and wife Julie, Marya Black and husband Dustin, all of CA; seven grandchildren, Kaylie and Amanda Schneider, Bethany and Mary Schneider, Caitlin Black, Joy and Chad Phillips; sister, Estella Stokes of IN; several nieces and nephews.
