Mrs Minnie C. Travell, of San Bernardino, died in a San Bernardino hospital. A native of Geneva, NY, she had lived in San Bernardino 35 years.

She was a member of the First Congregational Church and the San Bernardino Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Survivors include four nieces, Helen May Scott, Carrie Scott Lee and Minnie Bele Scott Nary, all of Loma Linda, and Anna Black Munger of Glendale.

Graveside services held at Mountain View Cemetery. Mark B Shaw handled arrangements.

Minnie served as Treasurer of the DAR chapter in the 1940s--as we prepare this memorial for her, we are reminded that she also served on the Genealogical Records Committee, notice the full name of her nieces who are eligible for DAR membership.

Minnie was the Proud Descendant of two Revolutionary War Patriots: Arthur Bostwick (1729-1802) VT Soldier and
Nathaniel Bostwick (1757-1807) VT PVT
