On the 6th June 2003 a memorial plaque was dedicated to the crew of this aircraft at Magneville, France. On the same memorial is a plaque dedicated to the crew and paratroopers of a C47 troop carrier, both aircraft crashed in the area.
The C47 crashed in the field situated behind the memorial and the B26 in close proximity to Magneville.
He is memorialized here with the other members of his crew and the 22 men killed in a separate Allied plane crash on Jun. 6, 1944. He is buried in Section 34, Site 3794, of Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia. (Link to his Find-A-Grave memorial.)
