SARALAND — W. C. Hamburg, a native of Clarke County and longtime resident of Saraland, died Saturday at a local hospital. He was 83. Hamburg is survived by his two sons, Mack Hamburg of Saraland and Larry Hamburg of West Point, Miss.; two brothers, Leroy Hamburg of Quitman, Miss., and Cleo Hamburg of Claira, Miss.; a sister, Lizzie Allen of Quitman; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. Visitation will be this evening from 5 to 8 at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Services are set for 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with burial at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
