Diana R. Walker, age 77, from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, died peacefully April 24, 2015 at Myrtle Beach Manor from complications due to Alzheimer's Disease. She was the daughter of the late George F. and Mildred L. Niemann of Chicago, Illinois. She was predeceased by her sister, Doris Niemann Centner of Myrtle Beach. She is survived by her daughter, Debra Ewing of Myrtle Beach, son David Walker and wife Lisa of Decatur, Illinois and their children Amanda, Brandon, and Rachel, daughter Donna Sharp and husband Mark of Virginia and their daughter Paige. She moved to Myrtle Beach upon retirement to spend time with her sister who died too early from cancer. She chose to stay in MB and spent several years as office volunteer for the American Red Cross, loved MB, the ocean and her community of friends. A Celebration of Life ceremony is scheduled at 11:30 a.m. on May 7, 2015 at Island Vista, 6000 N. Ocean Boulevard, MB 29577. Sign a guest book at MyrtleBeachFuneralHome.com.
