Marion grew up in Fall River. She obtained her G.E.D. through a program offered at Bristol Community College in Fall River. She worked in the garment industry for many years.
Marion was a member of the Freetown Historical Society, Berkley Happy Hearts Club and International Ladies Garment Workers Union. She formerly served as a volunteer with the Auxiliary of Charlton Memorial Hospital, Cub Scouts, and Brownies. She was a communicant of the Church of the Holy Spirit in Fall River. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, and ceramics. She enjoyed the time she spent with her family and friends, particularly her grandchildren.
Marion is survived by two daughters, three sons, seven loving grandchildren.
A private cremation has been entrusted to mfcsllc South Coast Chapel, 158 Middleboro Road East Freetown, Massachusetts 02717.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
