Rev. Edmund F. Burke died Feb. 28. He was 69. Father Burke, a fourth generation Chicagoan, was born in the Austin area. He died at Resurrection Pavilion in Niles. He is survived by two brothers and a sister, James V. of Lombard, John J. Jr., and Florence Brady Burke; and many nieces and nephews. His sister, the late Florence Burke Rapacz, a lawyer, also lived in Wilmette. Burial was at Calvary Cemetery.
