LUGOFF – Funeral service for Juanita Brown Jordan, 84, will be held on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. at Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may be made to Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church Women’s Auxiliary.
Mrs. Jordan, wife of the late Alvin W. Jordan, passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at KershawHealth. Born in Blaney, she was the daughter of the late Glenn E. and Lura Heath Brown. She was a member of Highway Pentecostal Holiness Church and the Women’s Ministry, Adult Sunday School Class and sang in the choir.
Surviving are her sons, Gene Jordan (Barbara) of Elgin, Dean Jordan (Nancy) of Lugoff, Randy Jordan (Arlene) of Lugoff, and Terry Jordan of Houston, Texas; sister, Clemmie “Jake” Moak (Denny) of Elgin; 8 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by sisters, Christine Manor and Opal Moore; and brothers, Led Brown and Leroy Brown.
