Mrs. Myrtle Florence Ashbaugh
62 died at 7:45 p. m. Thursday in
the home of a daughter, Mrs.
Forrest Tish 1219 East Eldorado
street following a long illness. She
had lived here 5 months.
Born in Effingham Sept 9 1878
she married to John W Ash-
baugh in 1896. He died April 24
1940. Mrs Ashbaugh was a mem-
ber of the Baptist church in
Effingham.
She leaves the following sons
and daughters Daniel Glenn and
Von Ashbaugh, all of Effingham
Mrs. Cecil Ambuhl, Altamont
Mrs. Forrest Tish Mrs. Ruby Tish
Dorothy, Lorraine and Louise Ash-
baugh all of Decatur two brothers
Charles Osteen Effingham
and Delbert Osteen, Altamont
two sisters Mrs Henry Hout and Mrs.
Emery Smith both of Effingham
11 Grandchildren and one Great
Grandchild.
The body was removed to the
Monson funeral home and taken
from there to the Baur Funeral
home in Effingham where services
will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday.
Burial will be in Effingham ceme-
tery.
