Rachel S. Keifer, age 69, of Jefferson City, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015.
She was a member of Mt. Vale Church of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Keifer.
She is survived by her son, Ricky Owens of Knoxville; daughter, Angie Owens of Morristown; sisters, Leeoma Ivy, Bertha Mae Cody, and Ruth Lewis all of Newport, and Anna Mae Bibbens of Morristown; brother, Roscoe Arnold of Newport; grandchildren, Brittany and Jacob Owens, Amber Owens and Trey Gilland, and six great grandchildren, Allorah, Cayden, McKinley, Chloe, Abigal and Brylan.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday May 3, 2015 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Henry McKinney and T.H. Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Mausoleum. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm on Sunday prior to the services.
