Susan L. Barnett-Riggs July 6, 1950 - April 27, 2015 GRANGER - Susan L. Barnett-Riggs, 64, of Granger, IN, died Monday April 27, 2015, in her home with her loving family with her. She was born July 6, 1950, in South Bend, to the late James R. & Juanita J. (Firestone) Royce. On March 3, 2000, she married Robert Riggs who survives along with her son Ben Barnett and (Sarah Newton) of Mishawaka and grandchildren Kaitlyn and Aiden Newton. Susan is also survived by her siblings Brenda Barbo (Milton Jones) of Union, MI, Linda I. Fecteau (John) of Granger. Susan retired from 1St. Source Bank after 34 years and worked in the commercial insurance department. Susan was a loving wife, mother and sister. She had to have a purpose in her life and that was to provide for her loves Ben and Robert. Susan loved the outdoors gardening, flowers and fishing with Robert. As Bend was growing up she was active in his scouting life. Friends may visit with the family Thursday April 30, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home North 17033 Cleveland Rd.
