ELLERBE - Grover Franklin "Bud" Allred, 65, of Route 1, Box 82-A, Clayton Carriker Road died May 30, 1993, at his home.
Funeral will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, of which he was a member. Burial will be in Ellerbe Cemetery.
A native of Cabarrus County, he was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Surviving are wife, Mary Louise Greene Allred; daughter, Mrs. Barbara Ann Overton of Candor; son, Jeff Allred of Rockingham; sister, Mrs. Arlene A. Martin of Wadesboro; brother, Donald Allred of Boise, Idaho; two grandchildren.
The family will be at Carter Funeral Home 7-8:30 tonight.
