Grover G. Davis, went home to with his loving Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 5, 2001. He was born in Adona, AR, on July 11,1918, to F.G. and Ora Davis. He will be missed greatly by all of his loved ones. Grover was a Meat Cutter in the OKC metro area for many years. He loved to fish and was a longtime Beekeeper, and he loved his vegetable garden too. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church of Nicoma Park.

He is preceded in death by his parents Fordyce G. Davis and Ora Thompson Davis, brother Raymond Davis, two sisters, Marjorie Marie Davis and Montez Shores, and one granddaughter Patricia Davis.

Grover is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Mildred; three daughters, Marlene Fletcher of Midwest City, Lula Fowler and son-in-law Frank of OKC, and Marie Baker and son-in-law Ted, of OKC; four sons, George Davis and Voni, of Caldwell, ID; Dwain Davis and Theresa of Kellogg, ID, Darrell Davis and Jane of Port Orchard, WA, Ken Davis and Audry of Port Orchard, WA; 18 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law lnez and Roy Abbott of Moore, OK, one brother and sister-in-law Paul and Ricki Davis of Eufaula, OK; one brother-in-law R. Lee Fish and wife Marvel of OKC and a host of loving family members and a very special friend Alfred Reed.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 9, at the Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel.
