Margaret was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Kenneth, her daughter, Kay, and two sisters and a bother.
She is survived by her son, Richard (Beverly) Emery of Arlington, daughters DeeAnn (Mike) Gretter of Phoenix. AZ and Jill (Dean) Kasper of Carrollton, TX, grandchildren Mark Emery, Steve Emery, Jonathan Emery, Kristen Wright, Eric Peterson, Darren Cline, Marcel Turner and Amy Kasper along with 14 great-grandchildren.
Margaret lived most of her life in the Midwest, Iowa and Minnesota and moved to Marysville in 1995 and also resided in Arlington, WA.. She was an active member of Marysville First Assembly Church and had been a long-time member of the United Methodist Church in Sherburn , MN. She attended Bible Study Fellowship and volunteered a week each year to personally live with and help abused children at Royal Family Kids Camp. Margaret will be remembered for her love for the Lord and her family and friends, her positive and caring attitude and for her beautiful hand-crafted hardanger embroidery pieces which she generously shared with others. Margaret was loved by all who knew her—she will truly be missed.
Final interment will take place in Spring 2005 at the Sherburn cemetery.
