Rowena Wheat, 87, of 1104 Mechanic St., died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 1995, at Hallmark House Health Care Center.
Born April 4, 1908, in Flippin, Ky., to Mr. and Mrs. James Kirby.
She married Carl Wheat on Aug. 25, 1928, in Pekin. He preceded in her death. She also was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Surviving are one son, Carl "Wallie" Wheet.
She was a homemaker.
Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens, in Pekin.
