Mrs. Glenna G. (Stoner) Martin, of Elgin Community, Tuckerman, Arkansas, departed this life on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at the age of 80. She was born November 6, 1934 in Tuckerman, the daughter of Robert Gleason and Myrtle Agnes (Lance) Stoner.

During her young years, she was a factory worker in Michigan. She loved music and cooking, especially holiday meals for family. Mrs. Martin loved her family, and her farm in Elgin was a house full of love. She was a humble, strong woman, who never gave up. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Langdon Martin; two brothers; four sisters; and her parents.

Mrs. Martin is survived by two sons, David Martin and wife, Kim, of Oklahoma, and Teddy Martin of Elgin Community; two sisters, Linda Allen and husband, Don of Alma and Nina Wooten of Newport; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services are 2:00 p.m. Friday at Cheshier Cemetery.
