Her husband, Vernon A., died in 1982.
Mrs. Smith was born July 20, 1911, in Duluth, Minn., and lived in Vancouver since 1943. She was a member of American Association of Retired Persons and St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Karen K. Smith of Mountlake Terrace, Wash.; one son, Gerald W. of Redmond, Wash.; and six grandchildren.
A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Park Hill Cemetery.
