MAX MROTEK (d. 1963)

Max Mrotek, 82, of 2311 Washington St., Manitowoc, died at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where he had been a patient a day.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church. The Rt. Rev. Msgr. John Landowski will officiate and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Mr. Mrotek was born May 4, 1880, at Kewaunee, son of the late Walter and Mary Mella Mrotek. He came to Manitowoc with his parents 66 years ago and always resided at the Washington Street address. Before retirement many years ago he had been employed by the former Kuhl Construction Co. He never married.
Surviving are three brothers, George and Leo, of Manitowoc and Walter, of Vancouver, Wash., and a sister, Mrs. Charles Sachaetzke, of Manitowoc. Five brothers and a sister preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m.
