Passed away suddenly age 52 years. Predeceased by his father Gilbert Sr. 1997. Left with loving memories are his mother Ruby; five brothers: Baden (Jenny), Glenn (Elsie), Keith (Kathie), Paul (Susan) and Barry (Heather); five sisters: Cynthia (John Torkos), Lona, Patsy, Donna (Ted Pyne) and Heather (Georges Legault). Uncle Gil will be sorely missed by all his nieces and nephews. They were a big part of his life and he was a great buddy to them. Gilbert never forgot a birthday or special family occasion. Christmases will never the same without him. Also mourning his loss are other relatives and a wide circle of friends and co-workers. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave., on Wednesday, March 1st, from 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. Funeral service 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 2nd, 2006 from St. James United Church, Elizabeth Ave. Interment to take place at a later date in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
