Francisco Lozano “Frank” Barron, age 84, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 18, 2015 in Kerrville. He was born on July 24, 1930 to parents Andres and Manuela Lozano Barron.

Frank worked locally at Temple Lumber Company, Foxworth Galbraith Lumber Company, Bealls Department Store, and Gibson’s. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He could always be found taking wonderful care of his yard, and watching his beloved Spurs and Cowboys. He was always there for a hug and a laugh and will forever be a blessing to his family.

Frank is survived by his wife of 62 years, Minerva “Minnie” Barron; his children, Rosie Rosales Delosantos and Frank Barron Jr. of Kerrville, and Andres Barron and wife Michelle of Atlanta; grandchildren, Gina Rosales of Kerrville, Tracy Grinnan and husband Greg of Kerrville, Crystal Carberry and husband Argot of Colorado Springs, CO, Leslie Barron and husband James of Washington, DC, and Andrew Barron, who is currently serving in the United States Air Force. He also enjoyed time with four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be Tuesday, April 21, 2015, 6 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, April 22, 2015, 10 AM at Notre Dame Catholic Church with Monsignor Mike Boulette as celebrant. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
