Larry Keath Spiegeler was born April 4, 1949 to Malcolm and Rita (Yater) Spiegeler in Fairmont, Minnesota. He received his education in Welcome Schools. Larry then worked in various jobs some in Iowa until moving to Mankato. He was employed for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad in Mankato until ill health forced him to retire. Larry greatly enjoyed photograpy, fishing and caring for his cat Augie.
Larry died on Friday evening, November 4, 2005 at Immanuel-St. Joseph's Hospital in Mankato, Minnesota at the age of fifty-six years.

His children, daughter, Laurie Spiegeler and her husband, Todd Berger, of Milford, Iowa; son, Dwight Spiegeler of Spirit Lake, Iowa; four grandchildren, Acea, McKayla, Danielle and Brandon; brothers, Jim Spiegeler of Chesapeake, Virginia, Malcolm Spiegeler and his wife, JoAnn of Hinesville, Georgia and Harold "Howie" Spiegeler and his wife, Starr, of Welcome, Minnesota; several nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and other relatives.
Pastor Jackie Ziemer from Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome, Minnesota will be officiating and will be the soloist.
INTERMENT: Welcome City Cemetery, Welcome, Minnesota on the Spiegeler Family Burial Plots.
