Minnie Stinson Leathers of McFarland St., widow of John Pendleton Leathers, Jr., died Sunday at a local hospital. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. James Beach, of Washington, and Mrs. Charlie Newton of Richmond; a sister, Mattie Stinson Hyde of Easton, PA; brother Garland Stinson of Arvenia, VA; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. A funeral will be held Tuesday at Nelson Funeral Home with burial in Oakwood Cemetery.
