Florence Collis died in the hospital following a courageous battle with cancer.
She had spent her life in London, Ontario. She married Jack Collis on March 29, 1939. The two had four children and later divorced. She never remarried.
She worked in a soap factory until she retired.
She was survived by three daughters: Marian Lillian Bryan of St. Joseph, Missouri; Nancy Collis and Janet Rodrigues of London; three grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Her son, Jack Collis, and her ex-husband preceeded her in death.
