ROGERS, Oct. 14 - Oscar Alexander Preston Oakley, 62, retired produce dealer, died at his home here last night. Funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. Wednesday at the Callison funeral chapel by the Rev. E. K. Means. He is survived by his wife, a sister, Mrs. Louis Sage of Kansas City, and a brother, W. B. Oakley of Fayetteville.
