Mrs. Lula A. Brown, 82, died at 7:35 a.m. Sunday at the St. Francis Hospital, Maryville, where she had been a patient four weeks following a long illness.
She was born Dec. 2, 1891, in Nodaway County, the daughter of the late James and Mary Robinet Aldridge. She was married to Otis Herbert Brown, who preceded her in death. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Barnard United Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Alfred V. Brown, St. Joseph, and Otis Herbert Brown, Tokeland, Wash.; 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Mae Carter, Troy, Kan.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Price Funeral Home, Maryville, with the Rev. J.J. Munshaw officiating. Burial will be in the Graves Cemetery, Guilford, Mo.
