Betty L. (Welch) Baugh, 76, of Bloomington, died Thursday at the Bedford Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of Charles Elbert Welch and Ada (Wilson) Welch.
She was an evangelist with the Church of God in Cleveland, Tenn., for 34 years.
Services will be 1 p.m. today at Cresthaven Funeral Home in Bedford. Burial will be at Cresthaven Memory Gardens in Bedford.
