Hazleton Plain Speaker; Saturday, June 2, 1900:
Henry Boetticher and Miss Annie Yeager were quietly married at the bride's home yesterday morning, Rev. J. O. Schlenker, officiating. Robert Wallace, Jr, was groomsman and Miss Emma Yeager attended the bride. Mr. and Mrs. Boetticher left on the 1:44 p.m. train for a short honeymoon, after which they will take up their residence in New York.

The groom is a son of Herman Boetticher, of East Diamond Avenue, one of Hazleton's well known citizens, while the bride is the esteemed daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christ Yeager, of Cleveland street. The newly wedded couple were the recipients of numerous presents, one of the most substantial being from the groom's father.
