She was a native of Candler County and a resident of Shellman Bluff, Townsend. She was a member of Shellman Bluff Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: her husband, Allen C. Smith of Shellman Bluff, Townsend; three sons and daughters-in-law, Terry and Sherry Smith of Statesboro, Phil and Sue Smith of Derry, N.H., and Ken and Josena Smith of Hazlehurst; and seven grandchildren.
VISITATION: 1-2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Shellman Bluff Baptist Church.
FUNERAL: 3 p.m. Wednesday at Shellman Bluff Baptist Church, burial in the church cemetery.
