Harry H. Dellinger, well known farmer, died Thursday evening at 7:30 at his home on Sharpsburg Pike of complications following a week's illness. He was 79 years old. Born and raised in the Downsville district, he was the son of the late William and Mary Slifer Dellinger. He was a member of the Salem Reformed Church.
In addition to his wife, Bessie Rowe Dellinger, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Paul Johnson. Hedgesville, W.Va.; two sons, William, at home, and Richard, Hagerstown; four grandchildren; two sisters, Hattie and Sue Dellinger, Downsville; and two brothers, Alvey and Roman, Downsville.
The body was removed to the A. K. Coffman Funeral Home, from where services will be helsd Sunday at 2 p.m., the Rev. Frederick D. Etster officiating. Interment will be made in Rose Hill Cemetery. Please omit flowers.
