Lester Wadley, son of C. P. Wadley, of this city, suicided at his home northeast of Lily Lake, and about ten miles east of Sycamore, on Wednesday evenning of this week.
He worked his father's farm. He had been conducting himself strangely and was evidently insane. The day of the suicide he visited Sycamore. Returning home he went to bed and about 7 o'clock shot himself through the temple, dying almost instantly.
Mr. Wadley married Mary Quinn, daughter of Mrs. Miranda Quinn, formerly of Sycamore. The widow and five children survive.
The interment will be in Elmwood cemetery in Sycamore.
