Sandra Renee Farmer, age 56 years, nine months and six days, a resident of Bertrand, passed away Sunday April 5, 2015 at the Missouri Delta Medical Center.

Born April 29, 1959 in Sikeston to the late John Henry Eskew and Charles Francis Ray Taylor, Sandra formerly worked at Unilever in Sikeston and she attended the New Beginnings Church in East Prairie.

On July 7, 1987 she married Van Farmer who survives of the home.

Besides her husband survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Amy & Randy Burnes of Sikeston; two sons and daughters-in-law, Joshua & Julie Heady of Memphis and Charles & Kayla Heady of Charleston; one sister and brother-in-law, Debbie Eskew & David Franks of Crestview, Florida; two brothers Randy Eskew and Tommy Taylor both of Sikeston; by 13 grandchildren; and a host of relatives and many friends.

Besides her parents, one brother, Michael Erwin also preceded Sandra in death.

Friends may call after from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday at 302 South Washington Street, East Prairie, until time of services at 2 p.m. with Bro. Randy Eskew and Bro. Tommy Smotherman officiating. Burial will follow in the Dogwood Cemetery with Ponder Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
