Arthur Douglas Millhouse, 80, retired Murphysboro barber died at his home on Hall street Thursday afternoon after an illness of about a year and a half.
He operated a barber shop in the 1400 block of Walnut street most of his life.
He was married in 1894 to Christina Rausch, who survives. He also leaves one son, the Rev. F.A. Millhouse; and two daughters, Margaret Grant and Helen Jacobs.
