Eva G. Heide, age 85, of Boulder died Tuesday, June 10, 2003, at her daughter's home in Butte.
She was born March 18, 1918, in Lincoln, Neb., to Thomas and Mabel (Robinson) Stoumbaugh. She married Sylvester Johnson in 1934 and they moved to Butte in 1941. They divorced in 1969. She married Robert Heide in 1969, and lived in Boulder and worked at the Boulder River School and Hospital.
In addition to two sons, three brothers and five sisters, her husband, Robert, preceded her in death. Survivors include her son, Doyle (Frankie) Johnson of Boulder; one daughter Angie (John) MacPhee of Butte; 15 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; brother Edgar Stoumbaugh of Superior; and a sister, Anna Belle White of Stevensville.
Her funeral is Friday at 1 p.m. at the Scott Funeral Home in Boulder. Interment will follow in the Boulder Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Highland Hospice of Butte.
