Juanita Scott Casey, 83, formerly of Chapel House, died at 9:45 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010, at the home of her daughter on Petsch Lane of natural causes. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hughart and Beard Funeral Home, Hopkinsville, with the Rev. Dr. David Gardner officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A native of Muhlenberg County, she was born March 27, 1926, the daughter of the late H.T. and Drucie Scott. She was an Avon representative for 20 years and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Her husband, Elbert Thomas Casey Sr., died in 1993. Survivors include her daughter, Pat Ezell, Hopkinsville; a brother, W.T. Scott, Hopkinsville; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
