Wonderful mother and grandmother.
Daughter of Rhina A. Smith and Victoria Silver of Forsyth and Talking Rock Pickens Co Ga. Granddaughter of Levi "Bud" Silver (Greenberry to John s/o George Silver Jr Patriot)and Minerva Elkins (Alanson) Yancey NC) and Jane Amanda Wilson (Lucinda Arrowood and James R. Wilson Yancey NC)
She was a homemaker and Mother of 1 child and 4 grandchildren who loved her so much. Her greatest hobby was gardening, yet she could cook anything to perfection.
When her mother Victoria Silver Smith died in 1922, right after she was born, she was taken by her blood Uncle Oscar Bennett Smith and blood Aunt Katie Silver Smith as requested by her mother Victoria before she died.None of the children by Gran Victoria lived with Riney after her death. Other children were adopted by families in Arkansas and grew up there. Rina re-married after Gran Victoria's death.
She had 2 sisters: Saphrona "Froney" Smith Weathers (1911) and Daisy Mable Smith (Beardsley and Butler 1920-1988 Multnomah Oregon) whose graves I have not found. She had no contact with Rhina Smith, her blood father.
