Son of Joseph Pulaski Sanders and Arminta Lenora Henderson of Polk Co NC to Monroe Co Ga. Twin brother to Donald Joseph Sanders buried next to him. Marriage: Beatrice Gladys Smith, Marriage Dec. 26, 1938 Upson Co Ga.
My dad was a saw miller and timber grader until later years, when he became a carpenter.He educated me on every tree in the forest which I loved to share with children.He was an artist and wood carver. He made many carved figures from pine bark for me.He loved to read and read me a bedtime story nightly.He also loved to travel and we spent every summer traveling to different location in the USA.
