Louisa Joan Shearer, 58, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 1999, at her residence in Shelbyville.
She was born Feb. 17, 1941, in Shelbyville. Her parents were Charlie and Josephine (Moore) Shearer. Survivors include two daughters, Mary Tart and Cathy Jones, both of Shelbyville; two sisters, Jeannie Swinhart and Barbara Shearer, both of Indianapolis; a brother, John Shearer of Shelbyville; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Tart; and a sister.
She was employed by Electra Sound as a factory worker for a year.
A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service in Shelbyville. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville.
