Frank Rindge was the only child to John and Mary Louisa Pollard Courts. He was born in Mobile Alabama. Shortly after his birth his parents separated and his mother went home to her parents. The month following his first birthday his mother passed away. His maternal grandmother raised Frank.

On December 1, 1886 Frank Married Imogene Field at her family home of Glenfield Mississippi. The couple resided in New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, Louisiana. Imogene and Frank had two children Frank and Myrtis.

After his wife passed away Frank remarried Mary Eleanor Wentz. After his death his body was then shipped by train to Natchez, Mississippi where he was buried next to his first wife Imogene in her fathers family plot in Natchez City Cemetery. Sometime in 2000 all the family headstone and grave markers were destroyed during a massive vandalism
