ROYAL CENTER — Arlene Brown, 81, of Royal Center, died at 2 p.m. Sunday at her residence. Born March 29, 1915, in Tipton, she was the daughter of Arlie and Georgia King Warner. On Feb. 19, 1936, she was married in Logansport to Byron M. Brown, who died Dec. 2, 1983. Mrs. Brown was a homemaker who enjoyed word puzzles, flowers, her pets and her grandchildren. She had attended Logansport High School
Surviving are one daughter, Nancy Hayden, Royal Center; one son, Louis Tousley, Idaville; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. One great-grandson and one brother preceded in death.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Harrison-Metzger Funeral Home, Royal Center chapel, with Pastor Steve A.
Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Kistler Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Baptist-Christian Church, Royal Center.
