Lea was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Being the wife of a U.S. Air Force Colonel who is a veteran of WWII, she traveled with him and the family to many places in the world, including Hawaii, New Mexico, Texas, Virginia, Washington DC, England and Germany before returning to Hickory to re-establish their home.
Interment in Catawba Memorial Park.
