Catherine, widow of Lewis Schlegel, died at her home in Walnutport, yesterday, aged 75 years. Death was due to a stroke of apoplexy. Mr. Schlegel preceded her in death four years ago.

She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Griffith Roberts, Walnutport; Mrs. James Wendling, Macungie; Mrs. Frank Harris, Allentown; Mrs. Philip Becker, Bethlehem; Mrs. Oscar Shiffer, Slatington; Willis Schlegel, Bath; Robert Schlegel, Klecknersville. Seventeen grandchildren survive as do three great-grandchildren.
