Age 92 of Coal Center, PA, formerly of Fallowfield Township, died Monday, March 30, 2015 in his home. He was born November 15, 1922 in Charleroi, PA a son of the late Roy C. and Rose Vezetti Alton. Mr. Alton was a WWII veteran serving in the U.S. Navy as a member of the elite Seabees in the South Pacific He was co-owner and operator of Alton Industries, Inc. for over 35 years until his retirement in 2010 and had worked in excavation his entire life. Of the many things Roy enjoyed in life, he enjoyed his family the most. Deceased in addition to his parents is his wife, Madge F. Alton who died March 21, 2004 and two brothers, Dale and Jack Alton.
