Mae then married Albert C. Kunkle in May of 1915 and they had 3 daughters; Sarah M. (born 1919 in Pittsburgh - married Raymond Mead), Ruth (born 1921 in Pittsburgh - married Martin F. Carnahan), & Lila Jean (born 1923 in Erie - married William C. Freeman).

Mae and Albert moved to North East in 1925 and he had a Dental Office in Erie.
