Willis Adelbert Hillyer, age 91, of Live Oak, FL passed away Monday, March 24, 2015 at the Live Oak Shands Hospital. He was a native of Sulphur Springs, FL moving to Live Oak in 1981 from Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He was an honorably discharged Staff Sergeant from the U.S. Army and a Veteran of World War II having served in the Asiac-Pacific Theatre. He worked as a Sanitation Engineer for the State of Florida and was a Benefactor of the NRA. The avid outdoorsman loved hunting and fishing. He was a well-liked and generous person who lived a long and good life. A beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews and a good friend to all who got to know him.
